Ploy’s story is built around coffee, hospitality, food, and creating experiences people remember. From working behind the coffee bar to building a catering business in the Netherlands, every chapter shaped the idea behind Moodd — drinks that bring great taste, personality, and a little more feeling into everyday life.
Ploy started her journey in coffee as a manager and barista at True Coffee in Bangkok. She worked across U Chu Liang, CentralWorld, and Embassy Bangkok, where she learned the craft of coffee, hospitality, customer service, and creating great experiences.
Ploy later moved to the Netherlands, where she started Pad Thai & More, a Thai food catering business working with companies and events. Her world expanded into food, catering, clients, and creating experiences around a product.
In 2025, Pad Thai & More was acquired, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of what would become Moodd.
Now back in Thailand, Ploy brings everything she has learned into Moodd: creating drinks that look great, taste amazing, and express how you feel.
Moodd creates drinks for the café in Bangna, Bangkok, while also working with brands through collaborations, catering, store openings, meetings, and events.
Because brands are experienced through interaction. Moodd makes that experience tangible.
